All products that are immediately available at the time when the order is processed will be dispatched within the next working day, unless stated otherwise.
If the payment is made by bank transfer, the shipment of product takes place on the day following the day that we receive the payment.
In case of delay of the shipment for any reason, the company will inform the customer accordingly.
Shipments within Greece and Bulgaria are carried out by the Geniki Tahidromiki courier. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days for shipments within Greece.
We would like to inform you that due to Black Friday in combination with the pandemic, the courier company Geniki Tahidromiki has a large amount of packages for delivery. For that reason the deliveries of our orders will be delayed.

For shipments via post, the delivery time depends on the postal services of the destination.
The shipping cost is calculated in the cart. Within Greece the cost for Geniki Tahidromiki courier is 3,00€.
The prices do not include import tax and duties, should your package become examined and deemed taxable by your local customs. Payment of these is the responsibility of the buyer.
You will be able to track the progress of your order from the “My Account” menu as well as the progress of your shipment through the courier tracking number or the number of the registered package which will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.
All orders reported as “delivered” by the shipping companies shall be deemed delivered. After the order is delivered to the post office or courier service, “Mypuzzleware.com” cannot be held liable of non-delivery.
